The conference program includes a plenary session and work in sections, and thematic discussions.
A collection of conference abstracts will be released by the beginning of the conference. Based on the results of the conference, materials more than
significant reports will be published in the scientific journal “Bulletin of Osh State University” after
passing the review. All journal articles will be registered in the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI) system.

Reviewers of the collection are doctors and candidates of science from scientific and educational organizations of the relevant profile.

The abstract must briefly outline the purpose of the work, its main idea, the proposed solution, the results and their brief discussion.
The abstract of the report must be presented on one A4 page. Font Times New Roman, size 12, left, right margins,
top and bottom 25 mm, distance between lines – one space, red line 1 cm. Align text to the width of the page.
For the main text, use the “regular” style. Changing indents between paragraphs and formatting using spaces is not allowed
and line breaks (the Enter key only separates paragraphs).
The file with abstracts is called author.doc, where “author” is the speaker’s last name, written in Latin letters, for example, Ivanov.doc.
If several reports are submitted, then a number should be indicated after the last name (Ivanov1.doc, Ivanov2.doc).
Abstracts must be saved in Microsoft Word format. All formulas and notations are typed only in the MathType editor.
It is prohibited to use Russian letters and symbols in formulas and text to denote physical and mathematical quantities.

Abstracts may include a table, figure, or diagram, separated by “Enter.” Align figures and tables to the center of the page without indentation.

The list of references [1] should be formatted according to the model given at the end of the document.
